“Third generation of my family to use CCY. They re-roofed my parents' house in the 90s and mine last spring. Same straight talk, same clean job site.”
“Two other companies told me I needed a full replacement. CCY fixed the flashing for a fraction of that. Guess who's getting my roof when it's actually time.”
“Hail claim felt overwhelming until CCY met the adjuster at my house. New roof, and I paid my deductible. Crew was done by 4pm and the yard was spotless.”
“Quote came in $4,000 under the storm-chaser outfit that knocked on my door, and the crew showed up when they said they would. The foreman walked the whole roof with me after.”
“Called about a leak Tuesday, patched by Thursday, invoice matched the quote to the penny. They sent before-and-after photos without me even asking.”
“We manage 14 rental units and CCY has done every single roof. Never once had to call them back on a job. That's the whole review.”
The proof is on the rooftops.

View the Full GalleryMost roof problems aren’t roof problems, they’re detail problems. The shingle field is usually fine; it’s the transitions that leak. Flashing that’s pulled away from a chimney after twenty freeze-thaw cycles. Pipe boots whose rubber collars the sun has split, the single most common leak we find in Augusta and Aiken, and a $300-class fix. Valleys where fifteen falls of pine straw held moisture until the shingles quit. Shingle tabs creased and lifted by straight-line winds, one row at a time, until a June downpour finds the opening. Nail pops. Satellite-mount holes from a dish that came down in 2019. Soft decking around a bathroom vent that’s been sweating into the attic for years.
We fix all of it, we photograph it before and after, and we price it exactly. Most repairs are scheduled the same week, sooner when water is actively coming in.
When a limb goes through the decking or a storm peels a slope open, the first job is stopping the water, not selling you anything. Our storm line answers 24/7. We tarp properly, anchored and sealed, not a blue rectangle held down by hope, document everything for your insurance carrier while it’s fresh, and then fix the roof on a schedule instead of at gunpoint. If the damage turns out to be claim-worthy, the documentation from hour one is exactly what the adjuster needs; that whole path is covered on our storm damage & insurance restoration page.
What we won’t do is what the after-storm caravans do: quote a panic price to a homeowner standing in a wet living room. The price is the price, hurricane or sunshine.
A third of our inspections end in a repair quote, and we’re proud of that number, because every one of them is a homeowner who didn’t buy a roof they didn’t need. The general rule: if the roof is under 15 years old and the damage is localized, a boot, a flashing run, a wind-hit slope corner, repair wins, every time. If the roof is past 20 and the shingles themselves are brittle and bald, repairs become a subscription: each one holds, but the next leak is already loading somewhere else. That’s when we’ll show you the math on replacement instead of collecting your money $600 at a time. The inspection report always prices the honest options side by side.
Most CCY repairs land between $300 and $1,500. A pipe boot or a small flashing reset sits at the bottom of that range; a rebuilt valley or a wind-damaged slope section sits at the top; decking repairs price per sheet, in writing, same as always. Two things to know about how we quote: there’s a service minimum (a crew, a ladder, and insurance have a floor cost, anyone quoting $99 repairs is planning to find something bigger once they’re up there), and the quote is exact. No “starting at.” The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
If a storm caused the damage, don’t pay cash for what insurance owes you, hail and wind repairs are often claim-worthy even when they look minor from the ground.
Same process as everything we do, scaled down. A CCY roofer, not a salesman, walks the roof and the attic, photographs the problem and everything around it, and hands you a written quote with the fix, the price, and a straight answer about the rest of the roof’s remaining life. Book it, and most repairs are done within the week, with after photos so you can see work you’d otherwise have to take on faith. The repair carries the same written workmanship warranty as our full roofs.
Classic sign of a detail leak, wind-driven rain from one direction finding a lifted flashing or a split boot, while ordinary rain sheds fine. These are sneaky, destructive, and usually cheap to fix once someone actually finds the entry point, which is rarely directly above the stain. This is exactly what our free inspection is for.
Usually close enough that nobody at ground level will ever spot it, especially with architectural shingles. On older discontinued colors we’ll show you the closest current match before we start. On a roof that’s too faded to match anywhere, that’s usually a conversation about age, not color.
If a specific storm event caused it, hail, wind, a falling limb, very possibly, even for smaller repairs. If it’s wear and age, no, and we’ll tell you before you file anything. Our written report gives you the real number so you can weigh it against your deductible with facts instead of hope.
Active leaks and storm damage: usually same or next day, with the 24/7 line for genuine emergencies. Routine repairs: inspection within a couple of days, fix scheduled the same week. A real person in Aiken answers either way.
